Shipping & Handling
The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers. For USA based Warehouses we offer 2-4 day delivery. However, we do not currently ship outside of the U.S.
As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take 1-2 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For US-based deliveries we use USPS or UPS Standard Shipping Fulfillment Service which typically takes 3-5 days. We offer 100 percent money back within 30 days of the returned product as followed in our refund policy. Please except 3-5 business days for refunds to be deposited into your pervious payment method.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time by visiting the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" page located in the side-bar on the top left side of your phone, or the main menu on desktop. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
